Today I am 28 years old. It isn't much of a milestone birthday or anything, but I'm excited anyways. I never understand people who don't care for birthdays. In my mind it's an excellent excuse for convincing everyone I know to sing karaoke with me and eat a ridiculous amount of cake. I like getting older. It makes me feel more comfortable in my own skin, wearing whatever the hell I please, and my relationships seem to become more and more meaningful. And weirdly I get carded at bars and restaurants more these days than I ever did when I was in my early 20's. Maybe the bangs give me eternal youth? Whatever it may be the bangs are here to stay, whether I'm 28 or 78. I feel like I'm only just getting warmed up for what's ahead. Here's to all the champagne and adventures ahead!

Such a great outfit full of the best colors. I often like to mix red and mustard together, even when people call me "ketchup and mustard" Pfft! Have a Happy Birthday! And I think people who don't care about their birthdays are as strange as people who dislike cats!
