dotted lady

coat  vintage
dress  vintage
bag  vintage from omnia wears
belt  thrifted
shoes  vintage ferragamo

I own quite a few navy polka dotted dresses and skirts and I never tire of them. This particular 1950's frock is one of my favorites, mostly for the amazing sailor collar. The little pale blue and white coat used to be knee length but I had it hemmed and then switched the buttons for these giant beauties that I found at the Vintage Fashion Expo. Those poor Ferragamo flats were in such perfect condition when I bought them but now they're all white at the toes from so much city walking, oops. I walk everywhere in San Francisco, including to and from work (which takes me 45 minutes only because my walking pace at all times is Incredibly Fast). At least these shoes are well loved!

I am the same way... I can never get tired of polka dots OR stripes. SO cute. This whole get up is so adorable, I especially love the oversized buttons! Those shoesies have def. had some loving... my poor feet are going to hate me when I am an old lady always trying to walk the insane S.F hills in a platform! :) At least it's a good workout, right?!

I love navy dresses with white polka dots, and this is no exception. Super cute. Too bad about the Ferragamos--maybe you could take them in somewhere to get them fixed?

I particularly love the wicker bag. The outfit overall really suits you and I like the colour combination. I also love the fact that everything you're wearing is vintage or thrifted. A girl after my own heart!
