green getaway

my outfit:
coat  thrifted
dress  tba from asos.com
cardigan  j. crew
shoes  vintage from etsy.com

lauren's outfit:
coat  vintage
dress  thrifted
beret  vintage
shoes  vintage

These photos are from my trip to Berkeley last weekend. My girl Lauren and I ran around in the freezing cold looking for vintage stores and golden photo opportunities. Our coats were repeatedly doffed, only to be snatched back up from the ground as we made a run for the warmth of the car. The highlight was discovering that tree swing across the street from Lauren's apartment building. I wanted to stay on it forever and ever.

Aw, the two of you look like you had so much fun! And so brave of you to bear the cold in an hailed attempt to thrift! Though I'm sure the that those CA temps have nothin' on Boston right about now... ;-)

So cute. Love those brown tights with your collared dress.
