ferry me away

blouse  thrifted
coat  marc by marc jacobs
dress  thrifted
brooch  vintage
purse  vintage
shoes  vintage ferragamo

Going to the San Francisco Ferry Building is always a dangerous predicament. Why? Because it makes me hungry for everything. All the food is so damn good looking, I can't help but be seduced by each and every display. On this trip I limited myself to a delicious latte from Blue Bottle and a few fancy candy canes from Miette to give as gifts. I'm pretty sure the only reason Victor and I made it safely out of there without chocolate all over our faces was because we were full from lunch at the Fog City Diner. We might not be so lucky next time...

I love Miette! They have these little square chocolate cookies that are like little bites of heaven. I used to work at the Plant Cafe Organic which is just down the street, and I stopped in at Miette so many times on my way to work. Delicious.
Your purple coat is lovely!

Ooh how I miss the Ferry Building! And Miette! Jealousy! I can't find a single macarons in all of Atlanta. :(
But on a happier note, you look adorable as always! I especially love that jumper dress!

Oh I miss the Ferry Building. I used to work there when I first moved to the city, at the Candle Store...which has sadly closed. So much has changed there. And you can go for the chocolate...I want the cheese. When I left the building for "real work" Ever Cowgirl Creamery team member new my name. I could feel my thighs curdle as I ate samples. (Sorry that was kind of gross)

Lovely outfit. The prints are so cool- I especially love your shirt. I've only been to the ferry building twice, but both times I think I bought way too much food. (:
