A few photos from a Japantown adventure with Christina, who kindly let me be her tour guide. Pretty much all of my favorite things are in Japantown: sushi, karaoke, the best stationary store ever, a Daiso store where everything is $1.50, and (of course) Pika Pika. Lately I've even been doing my grocery shopping at an amazing market right in the middle (despite the fact that it's not very close to my apartment). I don't what 70% of the things are because most of the labels are written entirely in Japanese but I load up my cart anyways and try to figure it out when I get home. Which, as you can imagine, is pretty entertaining.

I love the two light colored coats with the bright print dress! If Japantown is anything like Little Tokyo in Los Angeles, then I totally understand why you keep going back. Their markets are so endlessly fascinating! x
This whole outfit is sooooo everything I love--a retro patterned dress, yellow accents, and colored tights. You look adorable! Personally, I can't do sushi, but the rest of Japantown sounds like a lot of fun!
beautiful dress, love the print and colors
These photos are really cute and I think the outfit is delightfully pretty !
Such a cute and carefree post. I love the idea of loading my shopping trolley (cart!) with stuff that I have no idea what it actually is! May need to give that one a try...!

Those shoes are absolutely perfect! xx
That sounds like a fascinating way to grocery shop...it would terrify me! I love the way you've layered your outfit and I'm particularly smitten with your shoes and cardigan. I'm always stunned by your flair with vintage!

I LOVE Daiso!!! There is one in this weird little mall here downtown, but I just found another one by my house in the middle of the International district here!
Love your dress! I may be crushing on your wardrobe :)
