day trip: sonoma, again!

I love nothing more than hitting the road with a few lovely ladies, especially when there are charming diners, giant macaroons, favorite antique stores, and glasses of sparkling wine along the way! I spent all my money on a pink 1960's sweater coat that looks exactly like a giant piece of cotton candy, a vintage jumper with little berets printed all over it, a beautiful jadeite vase, a handful of old buttons, and a few other goodies. The weather was gloomy but the company was wonderful and my belly was full of yumminess. I can't wait to do it again!

The sign for the Fremont Diner... if you're ever in Sonoma you must go.

A mexican chocolate milk shake at Fremont Diner... probably the best milk shake I've ever had.

I found this funny vintage purse at Idol Vintage in San Francisco. It's hand-painted leather and I love it.

The requisite Pretty Macaroons in a Box shot. (These are from Bouchon in Yountville and they are perfection.)

This is so perfect and you are so lucky to have such great, fun friends. Most of my friends don't share my affinity for vintage, or fashion. Love the photos, it looked like a dream trip :)

Oh this just looks like so much stinkin' fun. I'm terribly sad that I had to work and couldn't join you ladies on this adventure. *sigh* Another time I suppose. You're just the prettiest and well dressed girly-pies I've ever seen.

I love road trips, especially if there is vintage involved! You're so lucky that you're friends with so many stylin' vintage ladies. All of you are wearing lovely outfits and I'm drooling over that milkshake.

That lace dress is absolutely glorious! It's a lot like one I almost bought a couple weeks ago in Brooklyn. The price tag was so high I talked myself out of it, but I've kinda regretted it ever since.
