1. While browsing the Victorious Youth shop, and seeing many cute items (including the bow pin and cat brooch!), I almost skipped over the 'Sheer Red Valentine Dress'! And I can't believe I did, because it is perfect! I love the sheer fabric, because it gives the 'sexy' illusion, without being too sexy with the long sleeves and skirt length. I also love the classic red color, something my wardrobe is sadly lacking. I could totally see Alexa Chung sporting this at an event or even NYFW, and it would also be great for Valentine's Day coming up! :)
2. Along with Alexa Chung on my list of style icons is Ashley of Fancy Fine! I am so glad I discovered your blog, I find myself not only drawn to your outfit posts, but to see what's goin' on in your life too. I like that you choose to include some of your personal life in your posts. I always love to read about your silly little adventures around SF. Reading your blog has given me someone to look up to in the ways of fashion and life in general, and it has also made me really want to move to San Francisco! 1. My favourite item on the site is the red bow mini dress. I think I'd probably have to have a skirt or something underneath it as I'm not sure the length would be too decent, at least not by Victorian standards, but it is lovely.
